Meet Johnson Chern

Johnson has worked in our Member Services Team for almost 11 years! His role involves helping members book and plan their holidays.

“My role is varied as no two calls are the same, sometimes a member will call up knowing exactly where they’d like to go, and other times it might involve me giving them some guidance and helping to put the pieces together. These are my favourite calls because it’s like solving a puzzle, working with them to minimize the cost and get the most out of their membership.”

“I would say my favourite thing about my role is when members call back and remember me, it’s rewarding knowing I made a positive impression. Sometimes they’ll tell me that they had a wonderful holiday which makes me feel good knowing I played a part in that.”

“Despite the number of holidays I’ve booked for members, I don’t get away too much myself, but if I do it is usually to attend trading card competitions with my friends. I enjoy doing that in my spare time, reading manga, and playing computer and board games.”
